She is that modest lady who, when people ask about her achievements, the answer is: “I am part of a team, we work together to elevate the status of education for our beloved country Kuwait,” and this is the characteristic of leaders with minds that anticipate the future of their country and stem from their authenticity.

Vision

Education is the main and fundamental axis for building human resources, and if we do not put in place the best educational policies to provide a good education, we cannot have integrated curricula. The curricula must be linked to specific axes, the first of which is that the organizational structure related to human resources in the ministry is qualified in terms of preparation, cumulative and qualitative experience, and must be  able to develop the educational curricula in a way that keeps pace with the political, developmental, and social changes taking place in the State of Kuwait, especially since Kuwait has gone through many challenges such as the Iraqi invasion, the economic crisis, and the various social movements, these things have affected the quality of the education.

Therefore, the curricula are considered one of the most important pillars of the educational system in any country, in addition to the courses that contribute to the development of the experiences of its leaders and increase their strategic thinking in order to develop education in Kuwait to reach the global level.
